Pros
People are young professionals that love being youth leaders and serving parent customers. The pay is high given its the sports teaching industry and the hours are flexible.
Cons
The management is scattered and unclear. The organization needs one main leader to help everyone else stay on track and communicate regularly. No benefits and being a contractor hurts in pay but again, still worth it.
