Usually good fellow employees in the Bike Department, taking care of customer’s question’s and needs in regard to bikes and repairs, and various mechanical question’s.
Cons
When I worked in Sunnyvale we sometimes had a line of 10-15 people on weekends waiting for estimates on bike repairs.
