Pros

Sportingtech is expanding rapidly, which means there are constant opportunities to get involved in impactful projects, contribute ideas and shape processes. We're building a competitive iGaming platform with global reach, giving employees the chance to work on innovative tech in a growing market. With teams across Brazil, Malta, Bulgaria, London and Portugal, employees benefit from multicultural collaboration and international project experience. Employees are given the space to take ownership of their work — micromanagement is rare and initiative is encouraged. There's a clear focus on building internal frameworks for promotions, performance reviews and long-term career development. Sportingtech has a relatively flat structure, meaning you’re often working directly with senior leaders and decision-makers. Hybrid and remote-friendly roles allow for flexibility, which supports work-life balance and employee wellbeing.

Cons

As with any scale-up, not every process is set in stone — which can mean ambiguity at times. But for the right person, this is a chance to help shape how things are done and leave your mark. The pace can be intense, especially around new launches or market expansions. But with that comes exposure, responsibility and fast learning curves for those ready to grow.

Pros

Nice people, friendly teams, good in-team collaboration.

Cons

No vision for the product; HoE is firefighting style with micro-management. It does not matter that you created something that works with no issues. You get recognized when you create anything but fast, and if it will fail. Then - fixing it makes you a hero. Dirty hacks are a way to go.
