Each store is independently owned and franchised. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy at your location, we do recommend getting with your manager and expressing how you feel. If you still feel that this location is not for you there may be another store in your area that does offer insurance and may be a better fit for your needs! Thank you for your review and commitment to Sport Clips.

Pros

Pay, schedule flexibility, growth opportunities, company events, benefits

Cons

The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

Pros

Flexible schedule and decent pay.

Cons

Team leader claimed to care about his team, but only cared about a few! Team leader cared more about employees, causing problems than the employees doing their job! Team leader got teary-eyed when an employee needed to be let go for being aggressive with another stylist! Team leader refused to pay out vacation time to an employee who quit, stating that it wasn’t policy and had never done before, employee who quit showed proof that it had been done before and team leader still refused to pay out vacation. Very few policy and procedures are followed per Sport Clips handbook, 100% would not recommend working for Sport Clips, especially at this location. Well hourly pay is decent, bonus on any level is nearly impossible, especially as a manager! As a stylist, you have to hit all three metrics to bonus at all, and as a manager, you yourself have to hit all the metrics, and you have to have at least one stylist who hits their metrics as well.
