Cons
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They rope you in with decent benefits and big talk of how great the company is. By the time you realize it will never "get better" like management promises it is too late, you're trapped. Working for this company was like being in an abusive relationship. You are treated like garbage with zero regards to your personal time. STA picks and chooses when to follow the contract and when you file a grievance they jerk you around for two years before anything gets settled. Upper management is a joke. Bad decisions are made that negatively effect customers and employees but nobody ever does anything to rectify the situation. If you want to get away from driving there is no where to go within that company unless you are ok with being part of the problem.
