Great benefits with great PTO and Holidays as well as fully employer paid benefits. Mostly good low level management and a good industry and community to work in if you enjoy being customer facing.

Some member of management and leadership seem out of touch and sometimes create a negative and accusatory atmosphere. Not a lot of upward movement opportunities and it seems to be personal more than professional when making certain decisions. Low paying for similar jobs in the local area.
