It was an awesome experience to have with a start up company. Loved the vibes!

My only con was that I could not stay long enough to experience the shows or the company's festival in September. (Though this had nothing to do with the company. Just the end of a summer internship haha.)

My contract as a Marketing & PR Manager (Asia) with Split Works for Touchdown Under at Sydney's SXSW was an exceptional experience. From day one, I was welcomed into a dynamic team that demonstrated professionalism and creativity in equal measure. Communication within the company was stellar; every idea, query, or concern was met with prompt and constructive responses, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. One of the most commendable aspects of working with Split Works was their openness to suggestions and new ideas. They not only encouraged creativity but actively sought it out, recognizing that innovation is key in the fast-paced world of music and events. This inclusive approach made me feel valued and empowered to contribute meaningfully to the project. Moreover, the company's commitment to ensuring timely payment further solidified my positive experience and greatly contributed to a stress-free working relationship. In summary, Split Works has proven to be an exemplary employer, offering a supportive team environment, transparent communication, and a genuine appreciation for creativity and innovation.
