Splashbox is a great place to work if you're self-motivated, determined and can manage your own time efficiently. There is a lot of autonomy in the role which is great if you have previous experience and don't require heaps of hand-holding. The directors also deeply care about their employees, work/life balance actually does exist and is respected, options to work remotely when needed and the teams get along well.
