Hybrid work days, flexibility with medical appointments, hospitable and kind coworkers, lots of innovation and collaboration across departments, fun projects, ability to hire outside freelancers to help with heavy workloads, subsidized training, decent benefits for toy industry, they are improving some of their inefficient processes (slowly), you will always be kept busy
Cons
High turnover in leadership makes it hard to adjust to team approach and communication, chaotic process, high churn, weak in-house prototyping resources, team dynamic varies per brand and department, inefficient internal systems, understaffed packaging team, widespread ADHD, lack of sufficient staffing doesn't allow time for taking any subsidized training, low priority on user-testing, too many meetings, IT doesn't support Mac users well, printing paper is unreliable lol
