Pros
Employees are very friendly, beautiful office and easy access via public transit.
Cons
Management expects employees to able to jump in without the proper training. No SOP's in place everyday the process change and very archaic on how they do things. No work life balance 10 to 12 hours are the norm. If you have a young family this is not the place for you.
