Pros
Some ability to create your own schedule and work with a great group of colleagues. Provided with the appropriate tools needed in the territory, and the knowledge to be comfortable with the product.
Cons
Micromanaged by a manager who has no idea how to run a department and has no people skills. Made the supervisors enforce bad decisions and we were not allowed to add any input to these decisions. It was expected to work for free off the clock and told to get another job if you could accept that.
