Retail Operations management is the worst I have ever seen in my professional career. It is unbelievable that the Retail Operations management can remain in power for as long as they have. They are disrespectful to the employees, and lie to the company about the department production. Retail Merchandisers are forced to go along with it, or fear losing their job. I was excited at first when I joined the company, but quickly saw the snakes in the grass, never could have imagined management like that.
