Pros
- Used to be on smaller scale with very loving people that would help each other. - Opportunity to move higher up, but do not expect a raise. -Fun to work with toys.
Cons
-Management lacks guidance and professionalism. - The workload is extremely high but the pay is very low. No work/life balance at all. -Spin is very famous for hiring entry level people to then use them to the extreme. So be prepared to take on other roles (besides your own role), and projects that are even outside of your department. Experienced a very big Burn out because of the workload -Management does not provide guidance and or mentor ship. Your manager wont know what you are doing and will keep giving you more stuff to do. Completed projects never get acknowledged and positive feedback is hardly ever there. - Worked very hard for Spin the last 3 years and there is really nobody there that would even care a bit about it. - If you ask for pay increase they will either show you the door or make you want to leave yourself by making your life miserable.
