The executive team at Spin puts a lot of trust in their team members, giving them the ability to operate independently with no micro-management, and exercise creativity. There is a lot of opportunity to grow professionally here at Spin. The solutions that Spin has developed clearly differentiate from the competition and more and more customers are seeing that. The focus is set on cloud data security rather than one-dimensional backup. Adoption is rapid among customers and the product is gaining recognition from larger enterprise organizations.
