I started working for SphereMD in 2019. This year I have seen management work long and hard in adapting to all the changes that have happened over the past few years and to address any weaknesses (with extra help from consultants), and to keep what they have done right but question if that could even be done better. The current owners and managers are committed to bringing the company forward in alignment with their newly stated core values – which are full of heart and respect for employees as well as the company’s clients. For myself, I have been able to work a flexible schedule when I have needed to (to take care of an ill family member) and I have been given regular pay raises and bonuses. I am told regularly how much I am appreciated, and I feel respected and valued. I feel that I have great communication with, and support from, my manager. I look forward to working for SphereMD for many more years to come.
Cons
Over the years I have seen the company grow rapidly and then go through the COVID pandemic with more work than they could handle and not enough staff to fill all the positions (like a lot of other companies in Portland).
I have seen a lot of employees come and go.
