Growing pains are normal as the company tries to stay small but impactful.

As a veteran myself, I find working at Spees Design Build with our federal clients to be a rewarding experience. We are actively helping make our VA hospitals better places to work and receive medical care - supporting our veterans. As a small business, of course there is an aspect of adaptability and flexibility required, but this is to be expected. I enjoy working with this collaborative team and with our clients.

It is a small business, so certain systems and processes seem to be in flux. Training is more mentorship-based than formal for many things, but I believe that makes it more personal.
