Pros
Speedway is an overall good company. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and development. Provided you have a degree and good networking skills. I learned a lot working for this company.
Cons
Too much is asked of management with too little resources to successfully accomplish objectives in a reasonable way. Never enough payroll hours provided. Bonuses became impossible to hit. Expectations were impossible. No longer was a fun job to have.
