      Pros

      None! Please don’t work here! The manager is awful and will make your life a nightmare. It’s not worth the stress you’ll endure

      Cons

      Bullied every day by management. Luckily I was able to find some self respect and leave before it got to me too much.

      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere, where everyone pitched in during major projects. Directors were friendly and approachable

      Cons

      Everyone expected to clock in like an hourly employee, with MINUTES taken off pay even if slightly late Poor and unclear sickness policies Extremely low wage for my experience, which never increased more than 1% per year Early starts (7:30am) were mandatory and there was little chance for flexibility No opportunities for career progression
