Pros

Great for someone who loves the phones and love helping people. There are a lot of different companies under the umbrella.

Cons

Not paying well enough for all the different jobs they request for you to do. Not concerned about the well-being of the employees during the winter weather (snow, ice, etc).

Pros

Teamwork is a strong part of the environment here, which makes the workplace more positive. Everyone is willing to collaborate and support one another, making it easier to get things done efficiently. Good work-life balance, as I am able to leave on time each day. The workload keeps you consistently busy throughout the day.

Cons

Can be stressful dealing with customer issues and complaints Dependent on warehouse operations for answers sometimes

Pros

Amanda in HR is amazing and easy to work with. Kim is a wonderful boss who is very supportive of her employees. They really took care of us during the holidays providing meals we ate together and working with everyone to ensure they got the time off they needed. Work/life balance is wonderful, especially for the moms, because when your day is over, you leave.

Cons

Not much communication with others in the office, but I am not used to working in a quiet environment. I guess the quiet would be a pro.
