      Pros

      Great working environment with seemingly endless opportunities to learn from talented team members. The company culture values creativity and encourages everyone to view all challenges with a fresh perspective. The current working vibe is one of a start-up combined with an accomplished organization. In essence the best of both worlds. The other major draw for me is that leadership is consistently making the investments necessary to position the organization for success. It is clear to me they are making decisions focused on securing the long-term health and growth of the business.

      Pros

      Teamwork is a strong part of the environment here, which makes the workplace more positive. Everyone is willing to collaborate and support one another, making it easier to get things done efficiently. Good work-life balance, as I am able to leave on time each day. The workload keeps you consistently busy throughout the day.

      Can be stressful dealing with customer issues and complaints Dependent on warehouse operations for answers sometimes

      Pros

      Amanda in HR is amazing and easy to work with. Kim is a wonderful boss who is very supportive of her employees. They really took care of us during the holidays providing meals we ate together and working with everyone to ensure they got the time off they needed. Work/life balance is wonderful, especially for the moms, because when your day is over, you leave.

      Cons

      Not much communication with others in the office, but I am not used to working in a quiet environment. I guess the quiet would be a pro.
