Pros
Social workers and counselors really care about the clients. The company has integrity and is always careful to follow all state requirements. Probably the best psychiatric rehab facility in the area. Generally employees are able to work a flexible schedule which allows for personal time with family, doctors appointments, etc.
Cons
Owner manages by fear and criticism. Most employees are highly stressed and dread interacting with the owner. Staff meetings (mandatory) are a waste of time and the information given out could be sent in an email. The tone of the meetings is what has been done wrong and threats of not having a job if things aren't done correctly. The employees are not willing to speak honestly with the owner.
