      Might get decent pay if you start out high, don't expect raises or good reviews. Occasional profit sharing bonuses. Benefits are available, although costly.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment filled with aggressive employees looking to further themselves by getting competent people fired. The prepress department is not valued or wanted. Expect to be using/sharing outdated equipment to get by.
