possibility of learning new things and moving up the ladder, if your lucky. Most of the people are nice. flexible work schedules.
Cons
This used to be a family oriented place to work, but the 4 owners sold out to a larger corp. and then was sold again a year later to PA solutions.
Favoritism is high at this place, so if you want to get ahead here, you need to do a lot of butt kissing. Management uses the power of fear rather than encouragement to motivate its employee's. since they were bought out , employees are now just a number to them. If you are young 20-25 your more likely to get hired on and shipped off to another state for months, as you likely wont have a family to take care of or anything holding you down to being in Michigan. There is plenty more.. from pirated software usage to unethical practices, but I will leave it at this.
