It’s the Fraud Department but they treat it as though it’s a call center. There’s a service level, QA and a grading system every week that they’ve made up that is unrealistic for agents to actually conquer. If you don’t do a good job with that grading system within 3 to 6 months of shift changes. So your work life balance changes every 3 to 6 months. If you want to be upset every day by policies and procedures . If do not care about not having a moment to catch your breath In between calls and not allowed to gather your thoughts in between calls, apply. I’m telling you this so that you run and run fast.
