Pros
Great free cable benefits package. Management is respectful, if somewhat absent. It pays decently for the area in which I live.
Cons
Very little chance for advancement in my organization. My boss has changed three times in three years with no change in my duties, supervision or recognition and no reasons for the change given. My contributions are not recognized in any official way and no raises are given to anyone. They are in turmoil and have been since they filed for bankruptcy last year.
