Pros
I liked the people I worked with and my managers. Everyone was very nice and willing to help each other.
Cons
Having to meet matrix was extremely frustrating. I am not a pushy sales person and constantly felt like I was going to be fired because I couldn't talk people into buying a DVR, phone, ect... They had some really nice incentives, tvs, trips and such, but you had to be top top sales to get them and it was always the same people getting everything.
