      Decent pay. That is it.

      Cons

      High-pressure sales, expectation for improvement is night & day - upper management doesn't want to see "trending up month over month", they want to see "here's what you need to change, change it right now," then start writing up the manager if it isn't a 180-degree adjustment immediately.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
