Pros
Worked at NVIDIA Hyderabad through Spectrum as a Process executive. The job was fairly straightforward and not very technical. It was an entry level position. You work as a contractor (6 Months) and if you perform well, your contract gets extended by another 6 months. You may be able to even convert it into a full time position if you perform well i suppose. You get a few good benefits like transportation and You get the same food, snacks and beverages that full time NVIDIA employees get. Few people complain about the food but it is way above average with varied options. Both breakfast and lunch are included. Get to observe how a big company like NVIDIA works. If you work in the night shift, you get slightly higher pay.
Cons
limited options for growth. The team size is very large . Ultimately, there isn't much job security as you work on a contract basis. Make you put your phones in lockers and some other restrictions to increase productivity and manage performance over a large team. Daily targets which have to be logged in. It can get monotonous after a while. A lot of employees for this particular role have other plans going on simultaneously(preparation for exams, searching for alternatives etc.), so if that's the plan, then go for it.
