Pros

Coworkers are fantastic and working with customers is rewarding.

Cons

The environment is extremely toxic. I wouldn't be surprised if many of the "positive" reviews on here are from upper management padding reviews because they expect negative feedback. There was about 50% turnover on the team in 2021 whether people were fired or quit. Expect extreme micromanagement and very reactionary strategies.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We agree that our team members are fantastic – but we are saddened that your tenure with us wasn’t positive. Like many organizations this last year, we have welcomed a lot of new faces and said goodbye to others. Nevertheless, we still have employees who have been with us 20 years, 30 years and even longer – and we are proud that they have found fulfilling careers with our company and a healthy work-life balance. The last two years have brought enormous challenges for many companies in our industry, so we have had to adapt with different strategies to stay competitive and continue on our growth trajectory. To remain competitive in today’s environment, we have been re-investing our success back into the organization. This has included a lot of new technological infrastructure and processes, which are changing how we do things for the better. We know that change is always difficult, especially for individuals who are used to doing things the same way. We truly are proud of our team members and how they continue to work together to help our organization meet and often exceed our business objectives.
