For a small company, the benefits offered are great. In addition to standard benefits, there are flexible schedules offered, a wellness program, employees are rewarded for improvement ideas, encouraged to find training to attend and many more benefits. Employees are this company's greatest asset and it shows. The company also has a profit-sharing plan on top of above-average wages and benefits.
Cons
If you are looking to climb a ladder, this is not the place simply because of the size of the company. However, I don't see this as a con for anyone because the company always gives the employees room to grow their responsibilities and themselves.
