Pros

Money. That’s all it is

Cons

I workeat the Indianapolis location. You won’t get promoted or recognition for your work if you work hard. The people that do the least or mess up the most will be promoted while the hard working people that come in early to do their jobs are treated like trash and forced to resign because they don’t like you instead of keeping you for hard work and dedication . The staff outside of production and a few QC people are unorganized and don’t show up on time. Research and development doesn’t help QC department with projects that they created. They just throw them into it without any paperwork or procedures until after the fact. Paperwork is never on time for patient batches that are priority. Please don’t work here if you’re a hard worker. You will unfortunately regret it.

Great group of people who really care about the patient at the end of the day.

Cons

Hours can be variable. Everything can change at last minute. Must have comfort with controlled change,

Pros

The pay was okay Employees were good to work with

Cons

First red flag was during the interview process when it was not made clear if interview was in person or virtual. When asked for clarification no answer from company. Management; clear example that just because a person is good at a job doesn't mean they will be good at managing that job. No clear instructions on training; being trained multiple different ways to perform a task when tasks should be standardized. lack of lab safety Nepotism within management
