Pros

Cons
This was, without question, the most mentally exhausting and emotionally damaging work experience of my career.
Leadership is deeply problematic. The company culture is driven by fear, volatility, and personal attacks rather than professionalism or strategy. Communication from the top is frequently aggressive, demeaning, and unpredictable. Public shaming, gaslighting, and emotional pressure are normalized, not exceptions.
There is a complete lack of boundaries: unrealistic expectations, constant last-minute demands, and no respect for work hours or mental health. Employees are expected to absorb stress silently while being blamed for systemic leadership failures.
Decision-making is chaotic and highly centralized. Priorities change daily with no accountability, and employees are often criticized for following directions that leadership themselves gave. Growth, feedback, and learning are not supported—survival is the real skill you develop here.
Turnover is high for a reason. Talented people leave not because they are incapable, but because the environment is unsustainable.
