Very caring team of professionals that do their job with the clients goal in mind. Lots of opportunities for learning and the company is up to date on new technology and advances in medical procedures. This company keeps pushing forward to be the top in our field. Keeps employees up to date on what is happening within the company.
Cons
Also the managers need to find a better way for the RST's to know things like up / down time, when splints go on , and ADL times and what that means. In the past they had a hard copy they could fold and keep in their pocket so they could look at the schedule and not have to dig to find it in AOD / Answers. This takes too much time and they are very busy, Make their job easier and the client care will go up...... The down sides is that our auto insurance has changed and I fear what will be come of auto accident victims and their care.
