- Did a lot of different projects - Lots of communication, easy to connect with CEO and other interns and employees - Do somewhat meaningful work - Get to work in a tech startup, teaches you to work long hours

- Lots of mindless work (compiling emails and proofreading mass email lists) - Unable to work on a project for more than a couple hours before being pulled to do some other task - Company as a whole doesn't have super clear direction - Basically unpaid internship for 40 hours a week work

Working with some awesome individuals.

Enormous workload with not enough hours in the day to complete assigned tasks, without the opportunity of overtime to get caught up. Poor management.
