Children and educators deserve better - ECT Teacher Sparrow Early Learning Employee Review

Too many children crammed into the centre and not enough educators. Don't care about quality education, just want the money. No support for teachers and staff in their roles so they are struggling to complete their tasks until they can't take anymore and quit. Lack of resources for children and no trust for ect to order resources for their spaces. Director does not trust staff and is constantly micromanaging them or using them as a scape goat when something goes wrong. Have been known to not pay staff for hours worked. Pay rates for the same roles, experience and qualifications are not consistent
