Pros
1. Work from home 2. If you need to swap your shift for some reason they allow you to do that and you don't even need to get supervisor approval. 3. Co-workers are all actually very nice and there really is no drama. 4. If you need to bring up difficult conversations to direct supervisors they don't get defensive, but I think I lucked out with my current supervisors they are all pretty cool!
Cons
1. So they do kinda micro-manage you a bit upper management requires you to follow a script basically with call flow that honestly doesn't make any sense and makes no difference in being able to do the job effectively following their "script" 2. It's hard to advance in your career here sadly 3. Bad surveys affect YOU not the company and if the customer is mad at the company YOU will suffer for it.
