Pros

- Mentorship is fantastic. Being a junior developer with no prior PHP experience was intimidating, but the rest of the engineering team was fantastic with helping me through the on boarding process and answering questions as needed. - Everyone here is a pleasure to work with. The culture is friendly, warm, and welcoming. I'm happy to come to work every day - Easy to work from home, if need be - The office has a Wii U w/ Super Smash Bros. and an Xbox 360 with Halo 4. We play often - Company outings

Cons

- The current office has a terrible elevator. If it breaks down, either work from home or be ready to climb the sixth floor. - Having the development team split between SF and Belgium can be a communication struggle - If you have a hard time focusing with background chatter, invest in a good pair of headphones. Current office set-up places engineers next to sales. It can be distracting.
