Pros
- Young and fun - Better work/life balance compared to other firms
Cons
- Lack of innovation with most of the knowledge 5+ years old. - Knowledge is very superficial which works for smaller clients that don't know better, but the proposition starts to crumble in more advanced environments. - Project work moves towards big complex clients including non-digital reorg style projects. - A lot less professional than other firms, including unacceptable behavior towards staff and clients. - Lack of experienced leadership. Virtually none of the senior employees have been in senior roles at a professional firm, which, combined with seemingly a lack in training leads to not very broad skill sets and leadership styles. 100% of experienced hires left after ~1 year which is a sign in itself. - Promotions are not merit based but on who has been there longest due to the inability to attract and keep quality experienced hires. Unfortunately, that results in a management team that many employees don't really look up to and respect.
