Cons
Upper management cannot be trusted. They will say one thing to someone's face and than another behind their backs. It became an agency where people had to watch their backs. There is absolutely no transparency and people get filtered through like a brita pitcher. No loyalty to free-lancers or their full-time employees. They use tactics to try to get people to quit and leave instead of just firing them. No willingness to spend money where is needed and the overall company penny pinches. YOU HAVE A HIGH END LUXURY BRAND PEOPLE AND your product is behind the rest in the market ...and needs a comeback desperately. There are no raises at this agency unless promoted which does not happen often...there are people who have been there for 4+ years and have not advanced. Hard work is hardly recognized or praised. You are not allowed to work from home and your comings and goings are heavily monitored meaning clocking in on time is strictly enforced even if you leave late. They enforce a very strict policy on vacation days and sick days beware! Your opinion does not and will not count. The future of this agency is un-known.
