• Inclusivity - you'll never feel left out here. The Canada office made me feel like part of their big family the moment I stepped in and that relationship was only enhanced over the years. • The Work - It's really what you make it here. I've never done more "cool" work in my career than I have at Spark44 Canada, and that's because the clients allow you the freedom to produce great work. The brands are wicked and the automotive space is dynamic. • The spirit - I've worked in a few places now. I know the atmosphere of a workplace is KEY to the energy you come in and leave with on a daily basis. Spark44 Canada is ***hands down*** the most positive, high energy, enjoyable space I've ever worked in. You'll laugh, you'll do great work, and you'll leave with a smile on your face every day. Cons
• Fast-Pace - the work environment is quick. You'll wrap up one project and be on another within a few moments. A pro for some and a con for others, but safe to say there's never a dull moment. • Work-life balance - you'll be busy throughout the year but then there are points during the year where you'll be VERY busy. So long as you take these periods in stride and strap-in knowing the wave will pass soon, you'll be alright.
