spancrete had excellent pay and it was pretty easy to move up the seniority list for pay raises and such, the insurance was very great as well

I, along with others I've talked to, did not feel very respected, we didn't get simple stuff we needed to complete our job properly after management asked us what they could do to make spancrete a better place for all of its employees
