Clueless mfg company - Purchaser Spanco Employee Review

Three owners who are clueless and argue with each other. The Vice President of operations insults his own employees and his partners to employees. The production team were from Lowes and target department stores they are clueless how to plan jobs for mfg and insult employees as well like the Vice President does, monkey see monkey do! Employees quit each week, turnover is so bad because of management and how cheap they are. No coffee for their employees they expect you to buy coffee and creamer which I never encounter during my career, but you can have water, kinda fits since it’s prison run. No life balance if you leave two mins early or come back from lunch two mins late your looked at real funny. Please do not leave a good company to come here to work, you will regret it, fortunately my old company took me back with open arms after I explain to them what is happening, others many not be lucky to return to their previous job, so take this review very seriously. If inspectors came into this place they would close the plant down, money is more important than safety to the plant personnel and won’t buy nothing for them like safety material or tools. Most of the tools are purchased through harbor freight including the safety stuff. Most purchases were done by credit card and most were decline because they did not have enough credit available to purchase and suppliers did not want to give us terms. If you are an experienced buyer, engineer, inside sales, outside sales, plant welder or a machine operator, you will not have any opinions, pretty much a paper pusher and material pusher, please take this review seriously before taking a job here, I saw the reviews and did not listen.
