Pros
The full-time management staff at Spaces are fantastic people. They honestly care about your success and will do whatever it takes to help you learn the market and succeed in your career, such as: -Listing roundtables to help you find those hidden gems -Frequent lunch-and-learns with property management companies -Weekly new hire meetings to collaborate with your colleagues Additionally, many of your fellow agents and support staff are very helpful and will to lend a helping hand for any issues you may encounter while in the field, be it access questions, location of certain areas or concessions being offered. Finally, I was able to run my operation as I saw fit, meaning I was not required to post X amount of Craigslist ads, like other brokerages require. They encourage their agents to do what works best for them, and more importantly, they encourage agents to do it ETHICALLY.
Cons
-Information in postings regarding vacancy, access, etc. can be outdated, though they just hired additional help for the data entry department, so I am sure this is improving -Although in the minority, a few of the more seasoned agents and brokers definitely have a superiority complex and let their egos be known to the "lesser" agents (though management has openly addressed this issue in meetings as of late to prevent it from occurring) -Office is too small for number of agents, and not really set up as professional as it should be (high tops vs. desks) and as such, many agents are just in the office for meetings and not for day-to-day work
