cool office, cool people, nothing to complain about

no cons really, everything was sick

Really fun place to work. There are amazing shows that come through and the staff that work all are interesting and fun people. They do push the envelope on new music and are leader of the pack in discovering great bands.

Really poor/or lack of upper management. There is a vision for the future but really poor execution and planning throughout. People work really hard in some positions but because there is poor or no management in place, there is no reward system for working hard or executing well. The salaries are pretty low and a lot of full time employees lack experience because of it.
