Pros
I have interned here for two summers now and am continually impressed with the level of responsibility I'm given every day. -Gain lots of experience first hand from day one -Exciting work and projects -Knowing your work will go towards benefiting humanity -Small teams for large projects -Fairly flat management structure -Launches are awesome to be a part of -Full of young employees with lots of energy and excitement
Cons
This place certainly isn't for everyone. People not looking to devote their lives to their work will not be happy here. The management understands that and is part of their strategy. -Long hours -Pay doesn't scale for the long hours- could likely make significantly more somewhere else -Goals set from the top are often borderline ridiculous with their ambition. It can be daunting, but it also serves to motivate you and leave you surprised at how far you can actually go -Few opportunities for promotion. The management is largely people in their 30s that won't be leaving any time soon.
