I can assure you that our compensation structure is evaluated regularly to remain equitable and competitive in our market. Finally, to address your concerns about salary increases, we conduct performance reviews every year. These performance conversations are directly tied to promotion and salary increase decisions. We’re getting ready to launch this annual cycle – be on the lookout! We expect to launch mid-August. This gives global team members, including Managed Services, opportunities to receive merit increases and promotions to acknowledge the work that goes into our busy tax season.
