Pros

- Decent pay (but terrible benefits & time off) - No dress code - Free coffee

Cons

Well to begin with, the owners are what makes this place corrupt. They are arrogant and to say they do not care about their employees is a gross understatement. It's amazing how quickly and easily they fire people in production especially, but office people as well. Financially they have achieved much success, I only hope they wake up to how badly they treat people before it all comes crashing down. The owners pretend to have it all together but have no clue what they need. I remember reading these reviews before I got hired at Southtree and thinking I could rise above them, as I haven't really had issues with companies I have worked for in the past. NO. Southtree is the most depressing and discouraging work environment to be in. I am so glad that I don't have to face each day having to go there anymore. Do yourself a favor and avoid Southtree at all costs. The owners are sad representations of small company businessmen.

Pros

The pay was good, the people were friendly. And I learned a lot. Music. Coffee.

Cons

Angry people you have to talk to and they can be pretty nasty.

Pros

The work environment provided appealing perks that fostered a comfortable daily routine. Employees appreciated the ability to listen to music while working, alongside the readily available free coffee and green tea, which significantly contributed to maintaining energy and enjoyment.

Cons

There were deeply concerning instances of individuals being terminated based on subjective factors, despite claims that objective metrics were the basis for these decisions.
