Pros

You’ll gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time. The variety of client work and the fast-paced environment can help you develop a broad skill set quickly. It’s a strong place to grow if you’re early in your career and looking to build resilience and adaptability.

Cons

Upper management often shows limited respect for the design team’s expertise. Designers are expected to produce work quickly, with minimal opportunity for refinement or creative input, and the focus tends to be on output over quality. The environment can feel tense at times, and open communication with leadership is challenging. Recognition or fair compensation often only arrives once someone submits their resignation.

Pros

Management cares and listens. If I need time ofd for my kids or to work from home it is never a problem. I feel appreciated. I have health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, retirement and a hybrid schedule.

Cons

All the people talking about pay must not have experience or are in the wrong career field. I am paid fairly. Would I like more sure, but I have also received 2 raises in less than a year.

Pros

Decent learning experience. Gives you tools for success in the role.

Cons

Overworked & underpaid, recent college graduates will get taken advantage of in terms of workload & pay. They will expect you to go to extra events and meetings outside of working hours. Upper management pretty much does not care about you but lower management will micromanage you. I would not recommend this job to someone just starting out and someone that is looking for a company to stay at long term.
