Pros
Steady Workflow, you will constantly have something to do and be on your feet. Reliable equipment that generally holds up. Management is flexible with schedules , though they have forgotten they gave me time off before and tried to write me up for not coming into work.
Cons
Some of the most unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile management I have ever experienced. People who have been there longer are treated like trusted friends whereas newcomers will find themselves ignored and belittled, especially by management. The primary management that does all the hiring and scheduling does not follow the core tenants and values that the company champions as its building blocks, they have left me with a bad overall opinion of the company as a matter of fact. Almost impossible to move to full-time or another position if the management doesn't like you, which seems to be arbitrary if they do.
