      Pros

      Flexi-time but no over time

      Cons

      No direction, no leadership, employees come and go. CEO will fire people he believe are not doing anything. No sense of project management, just randomly throwing tasks and blames people for not reaching the deadline. If you want to have a fruitful career do not come here. Waste of time.

      Team was great. They're very helpful and thought me a lot.

      Cons

      Awful management. Awful bosses. They don't care about you and you are / will be easily replaced. People come and go. HR person goes from 0 to 100% rage mode when you ask simple questions. Unprofessional. Not for the faint of heart. They will eat you alive. Just go elsewhere.
